I can work with clients in Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington. If you reside in one of these states, I’m excited to help you achieve your health and nutrition goals!
During the initial consultation, which lasts 90 minutes, we will explore your medical history, current conditions, eating patterns, food preferences, gut health, food allergies, intolerances, and lifestyle. We will also set personalized health goals. All sessions are conducted via convenient and secure video chat appointments. Follow-up sessions, which can be either 30 or 60 minutes, are designed to check in on your progress and adjust goals as needed.
Typically, we meet every other week. Each appointment includes 2 weeks of email, chat, and food journal support. Clients can work with Sharon on a short-term or long-term basis, with most committing to a minimum of 3 months. For additional convenience and savings, a 5-session follow-up package is available at a discount.
I do not work directly with insurance and payment is out-of-pocket. However, I do accept FSA/HSA cards for my services.
Session fees are $150 per hour, but 5-session follow up packages can be purchased for a discounted rate.
